Very informative about the procedure

I have been under care with Eye Associates for Age-related Macular Degeneration for two years. I am always amazed by the volume of patients at the Retinal Center and the skill and efficiency the staff shows in handling that volume. I have found everyone, from office staff and technicians to their highly skilled doctors, to be well-trained, pleasant, considerate, and, above all, competent and knowledgeable. I placed my vision and my trust in them and have been encouraged and pleased witha the results.

I wasnt seen for my appointment until 45 minutes after it was scheduled and the lobby wasnt crowded. Overall, I spent 2 hours after someone forgot to take the necessary pictures and the scheduler couldnt figure out my doctors schedule. I believe that I received good care from the doctor, but the support staff seemed unorganized.

Not enough help. Treat my mother un fairly. She 94 and sat for three hours waiting to see Ramah
