I called to make an emergency appointment do to floaters in my right eye. Was able to get an appointment within 2 days. As I signed in to be seen the front desk along with the assistants with the Doctor's and Katie, w hat a caring welcoming staff!! As I was examined by Jeffrey Strosnider OD he found that I had a horseshoe retinal tear of the rt eye. He was very concerned and notified Dr. Kamalesh Ramaiya who fortunately was on site that day. My lucky day! He was able to fit me in between his patients to start laser to start correcting the problem. Words could not express how thankful I am!

Very courteous and professional service. Smooth from start to finish and all my questions were answered in language easy for me to understand. Best ophthalmologists in Santa Fe hands down!

Reading reviews I'm guessing they got new front office ladies. I was 100% happy eith the visit from making the appointment, getting seen(yes there was a wait but no complaint here), the doctor took time to explain exactly what was going on and even went above and beyond to check out my eyes and ease my mind.
