Eye Associates of NM inspired my confidence. Every staff member I encountered was cheerful and helpful. Unlike so many practices, the wait time was painlessly brief.

Polite, friendly, professional, reasonably-priced service, with good Covid-protection measures. Although, I did have to sit in a waiting room and wasn't given an option to wait in my car and receive a text when they were ready to see me. I expect to be a patient there for the foreseeable future.Their software was a little bit awkward, but it was manageable. Since I was a new patient, the software didn't recognize me at first and refused to allow me to proceed. Later, however, I received a link that worked, and I was able to complete all of the new-patient paperwork online before my visit. Unlike medical establishments that use Epic's MyChart product, though, I still had to receive quite a lot of paper during my visit.Otherwise, I couldn't have asked for better or more professional and friendly staff.

I was informed Monday evening at 4:30 that I had three retinal tears in my right eye and got scheduled for 8 oclock the following morning at I associates. I was texted Monday night and Tuesday morning everyone was super helpful super friendly super educated and The entire experience was absolutely phenomenal.
