Update: Additional Eye Associates Visit for a new procedure found the Doctor very caring, friendly and helpful. Maybe they read the review. Either way the drastic change in attitude and behavior was much more welcoming and I do really appreciate it. Eye Associates has always been well organized and they do a very good job! Changing review from 2 Stars to Five Stars!Have been going to Eye Assoc. for many, many years. Great care, however getting an appointment or treatment scheduled is delayed for months. This is unacceptable when one's sight is compromised. Doctors and technicians are organized and skilled, but have no time for a decent, or a caring bedside manner. However Doctors performing routine visits for exams, contacts or glasses have much better bedside manners and seem to care.

Good experience. Questions were answered. The eye doctor is a beautiful lady. Good service has all the way around.

Great staff, well organized, courteous, patient and easy to interact with.

I was very impressed. I arrived an hour early due to transportation issues yet they got me back right away. Everyone I encountered was extremely professional. I would highly recommend using eye associates of New Mexico for your eye care needs.
