The customer service is very good and every time I visit, I have a wonderful experience. Whether it's having a few laughs with the receptionist or getting glasses at the shop, you're always greeted with a smile. Overall, 10/10 and I plan on going there for my glasses in the foreseeable future. :))

Yes! Eye Associates is open!They are seeing patients during COVID-19 and they have some good safety protocols such as controlling the number in the building, PPE, social distance enforcement, security, and even plexiglass panels everywhere there is a desk. I called today for an appointment and they gave me several options very quickly. All were convenient! They asked great questions to ensure the appointment would go smoothly from the start, and even asked about potential COVID exposure. Unlike some eye clinics, this office appears more "medically proficient " than others I've see. but maintains a very business-customer care oriented environment overall. I was seen by staff within 10 minutes of signing in and they quickly confirmed my personal information and purpose for the appointment. Dr. Lesher performed both of my cataract surgeries and another procedure before that. He always listened at appointments and treated me (not just my eyes) so well about that procedure. He explained all I needed to know about the 2 surgeries, which gave me such great vision. I recommend him to anyone needing cataract surgery.

I've seen both doctors Dr. Katiyar@MLK and Dr. Johnson at the Harper location. Both doctors treated me with respect and got my prescription then off to their eye clinic. Yes there is a bit of a wait and yes it takes a couple of weeks to get your glasses. But they have to be made. Dr. Katiyar turned me onto systane eye drops a couple years back and been using it ever since. I can feel my eyes being refreshed with this product. No visine!

I am now almost 3 months post October 21st eye surgery, which was performed by Dr. John D. Pitcher III. Dr. Pitcher removed an epiretinal membrane from my right eye, and he also performed a vitrectomy on the same eye. Throughout my appointments and leading up to surgery day, Dr. Pitcher has been professional, thorough, and informative as to the various treatment options. As one might expect, I was very anxious about the surgery and it was reassuring to speak with Dr. Pitcher before and after the surgery. Dr. Pitcher and his team, along with the staff at the ABQ Amb. Eye Surgery Ctr. were great. Both teams worked together to make the surgery go smoothly and to ease my anxiety about the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Pitcher to anyone who is considering this type of eye surgery.
