Concern for my loved one needing care

I have seen Dr Strosnider for several years now. I have found him to be very knowledgable and willing to answer all my questions. He is respectful, friendly and professional. I'm very happy with the care I receive.

Dr. Levy was willing to see me for the first time even during the COVID crisis and I really appreciated this. A few months ago, an ophthalmologist in Phoenix discovered I had Uveitis, a potentially serious eye inflammation. This has been treated but Im supposed to have it checked every few months. Dr. Levy and his staff were friendly and professional. He willingly answered my questions and made sure I left with a print out of his recommendations. The entire visit took about an hour. Everyone in the office wore a mask and gloves. Before entering the office, they took my temp and asked me the standard COVID screening questions. I would definitely see Dr Levy again.

So far we have not yet visited the optical department. However, we checked in at the Harper location in section D last Thursday. The ladies at the desk were just normal. Nice but not fake and checked us in. The letter sent told us the visit could take 1.5-2 hours. So we expected a lengthy visit. We were done in 1 hour and 20 minutes. Not bad at all.The Tech who did the measuring and what not, was also regular. She was nice to us and laughed at a few of my dumb comments.The doctor was good too. Her time was less than the Tech, but apparently we got everything we needed.We have found an online shop to order the glasses. Today we will visit the optical shop for PD measurements. Hopefully it doesn't take too long, based on other reviews it just might take longer than our initial visit.
