My appointment with Dr Coulter was excellent. The staff was professional and took me in for the preliminary exam a few minutes after arrival. Dr Coulter examined my eyes thoroughly and explained the issues well. I was finished in little over an hour.

Great Drs, friendly staff. The person who schedules the surgeries was so busy talking to her coworker that she ignored me for 10 minutes. Very unprofessional. I had to leave, as I had another appointment, and was surprised that she scheduled my surgery without my concent

I was nervous after reading the negative reviews, but I had a perfectly normal/positive experience in March 2019. I was helped by Claudia who was super friendly, funny, and great at setting people at ease. I had no problems with the front desk, they were timely, and the doctor was pleasant.Maybe I just got lucky or maybe they've addressed some of the issues other patients mentioned and improved.My only suggestion would be to invest in a little decor for the older, darker, exam rooms to make them friendlier and more reassuring. Non-medical posters or art, a houseplant, some knickknacks, popular fictional characters who wear glasses for the kids, whatever
