Dr Allen takes such good care of us. She lets us know exactly what our options are and more importantly she lets us know what her recommendations are.<br>Frances works in the department where we actually pick out our glasses and order our lenses and frames. Frances is conscientious and make sure that she fully understands what we need. She is also willing to go the extra mile and I do mean mile extra to find out exactly how our insurance plans to treat these bills and exactly what our insurance will and will not cover. <br>Frances is the final step to our eye care needs. She is the icing on the cake of excellent service.

Dr Ramaiya is a concerned and thorough practitioner. He takes time for his patients and doesn't rush you through. He is so caring and explains his diagnosis and procedures well. He travels from Albuquerque to Farmington 2x per month. I live in Souther Colorado and travel 125 miles one way for my visit. His practice is very busy when He comes. He is not only my care giver but has become a friend. I highly recommend him.

I am reading a lot of negative reviews regarding wait times. When I was first diagnosed with my eye issues they were so serious that I was rushed in the first appointment of the day. This of course meant that others' appointments were being pushed back in order to save my eyesight. Whenever I go for my follow up appointments I bring a book and relax. The longer it takes the more I realize that someone's eyesight is being saved, just like mine on the first day. Please be more understanding. These doctors are the best at what they do.
