Docs are great, techs are great, wait times are way too long! tough patient experience.

My mom had an eye appointment on Oct 2,2023. We live in Raton so we went up the night before, They treated her very well and were very caring. I explained that since we lived out of town I would need them to ship her glasses. They were more than willing. Yesterday Oct 11 they called to tell me her glasses were in and I paid the shipping fee. Today, Oct 12, her glasses were delivered. It makes me feel good that you guys care enough to do things in a timely manner. Thank you for a great experience for my mom
