I had an infection in left eye. Was able to get in to see Dr. Anderson the same afternoon. The staff and Dr. Anderson are knowledgeable, profesional, and with the antibiotic my eye is improving. Did not have an appointment but I was having a lot of pain in my right eye which is the only eye that I have. The staff said to come in by 9:30 and they would work me in. Dr. Shaikh has been successfully treating the eye problem that had developed by injecting medications… but for the last four or more times the injections have no longer been needed… he thoroughly explains what has changed and why he is doing what he is doing! For example today he showed me current compared with previous photos of my eye. He explained the minor swelling that he was seeing and why we couldn’t yet change to an annual exam instead of our current bi-annual schedule… he is an excellent eye doctor in my estimation! I trust him implicitly!

There are few reasons why we drive over an hour off our mountain into the Roswell heat. We do have eye doctors here, but I don’t trust them. The entire staff at Eye Associates is fabulous. Very friendly and caring. Exams are thorough and everything is explained well. I did not look at glasses this time. I would like to be able to book appointments for next year, but they did not have their calendar set up that far out and I’m okay with that, I’ll just call later.Patient Submitted Review

Hands down my favorite optical shop in town! I went in to have my glasses adjusted and ask some insurance questions. The ladies in the optical department were beyond helpful & very easy to work with. Well a lot of people can say what they want good or bad about eye associates in Roswell but I'm here to say that I was treated with respect the whole trip thru U see I was totally blind when I showed up I had cateracts in both eyes well they gave me my vision back they were so compassionate to me thru out both surgeries I am really thankful in how they worked with everybody not just me from start to finish they were very professional and very courteous so if you are looking into having eye care I highly recommend that you ease your mind and consider them u will be impressed from office staff to the doctor nurses everybody was very kind with everybody not just me but I came out totally impressed they really work hard for you there So from one x cateract patient to a successfully seing patient I was amazed as well as very pleased Thanks a million eye associatesPatient Submitted Review
