Eye Associates -- The most friendly and Professional!

First time at this office, and I am glad I went. (October of 2022). If you're reading the reviews and vacillating, let me offer you my own experience: Firstly, I have to tell you I'm in a wheelchair. If you've never been in a wheelchair, people will often overlook you, or look to the person you're with to provide answers. That did not happen here. The staff addressed me, the patient, and looked after the type of care I needed. I arrived for my appointment a little early and was led back to the exam room early as well. Philomena was awesome as she went through the prelim stuff. I can't keep my eyes open for some of the "I'm gonna put this thing very close to your eyeball" things, and Philomena was both kind and considerate with my foibles. Dr. Armentrout arrived promptly and made me feel as though I was an honored client rather than an unwelcome chore as I've felt in other medical arenas. There were three other people who saw to my needs there, but I can't remember their names unfortunately. What I can remember is nobody tried to make me buy something I didn't want. The optical store staff made sure I got the most cost-effective choices that I liked and I plan on becoming a constant client. I would recommend this optical office to anyone.
