I have been going to Eye Associates for abut ten years and within that time I have not experienced any problems with the staff or physicians.Upon arriving at each check in area, the staff acknowledges and greets each patient and visitor. I have had the opportunity to observe staff providing good customer service to patients, visitors and other staff members and physicians.I would like to acknowledge Dr. Lan Chang for her services and professionalism. Dr. Chang has performed two successful surgical procedures on me. She is thorough in her diagnosis and wanting to perform at her best. Dr. Chang treats her patients with respect, empathy and she listens to her patients concerns along with answering their questions. She has great beside manners. Dr. Chang is a complete professional and is an asset to the group of physicians at Eye Associates.I would also like to acknowledge Dr. Michael Di Monaco for his professionalism and services he has provided to me over the years. He is an asset to the group of physicians at Eye Associates.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable and professional concerning their trade. They have taken care of my family for years. Only drawback is you will never be seen on time for your appointment. If you are patient, you will receive quality care.

Not much one can say about an eye center. This building contains many counters and many places where one can check in. I've been here several times and each time I've had great service. The office was professional and efficient. They have a few televisions and water to quench your thirst. My waiting time is usually short and the visit was usually quick even though even though I didn't have a typical eye visit. Doctors are friendly and take time to answer any questions you may have and they don't give you an irradiated look if you don't quite understand their medical lingo. I would recommend eye associates to my family and friends. They even have a convenient shop where you can pick out your frames. Thumbs up!!

I liked the staff was friendly and nice. The Dr. was great very informative. They ran a little behind schedule but it's a Dr.'s office you never know what might happen.
