Just had my first eye exam at the new Eye Associates location in Rio Rancho. Service was great. Staff were friendly, technician was caring and explained everything as we moved through the exam process. The provider who saw me took time to address my concerns and questions.

The only issue I ever had with this location is Im never Informed on wait times. My doctor can be running 2 hours behind and the front staff will just let us sit and wait. A common courtesy heads-up would be nice.
