Staff are friendly, the doctor is super kind and soothing. Front desk staff, Helen, is patient (even when I was grumpy about the paperwork).

"Dr. Chiang is an outstanding physician. At my evaluation for cataract surgery in both eyes he was caring, attentive to my questions and explained everything to me so I was comfortable with moving forward. He performed surgery on Aug 5 and Aug 25 and it was an exceptional experience. He and the staff at the Ambulatory Eye Center took great care of me and explained what was happening. I've been a patient of Eye Associates since the early 80s and I have always been treated well and had outstanding medical care. Dr. Chiang is an outstanding physician and he is now going to be my doctor from now on since my previous Eye Associates doctor retired. Yep I am that old!! You can't go wrong with Eye Associates of NM. All of their staff are top notch and focused on YOUR individual eye needs."

It was my first time @ eye associates in rio rancho nm. My eye doctor was Amanda Achilles she was sooo nice she got my fitting for contacts perfectly. The staff was also friendly and also nice.Thank you Eye Associates

Made appointment by phone, was greeted by staff at front door, was given directions to Dr Office check in didn't have to wait to long the girls were very very polite and friendly escorted to room got me ready for Dr, he did an inspection, completed a few more test and visited again with Dr for review, will be returning in six months and complete another follow up and see what changes are going on, over all very happy with vist...
