Eye Assoctates of NM is very efficient and professional, and Dr Chan is exceptional. The optical department in my experience has been attentive and friendly. My only source of unhappiness is that the dark glasses i just purchased there are not polarized; I did not think to ask for that, but my optician didn't offer it.

Dr Coulter always spends the time I need without appearing rushed. She took my concern with a change to my eyes very seriously and ran a variety of tests to find out if it was something serious or if it was just age related. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant.

I have been treat very kindly and the staff is very attentive.

The whole experience was orchestrated beautifully. Not a fun thing to have to do, but these professionals have it "down pat." Dr. Levy and his "team"delivered. Nothing was left to chance. I awoke the next morning to a great vision experience. I highly recommend. Thank you, I am a fan!!! Maureen Hyde
