All staff members are courteous, kind, professional and listen to your concerns if any. They go out of their way to make sure your comfortable and know what is taking place with you and your appt. The facilities are always clean in appearance and appear to be maintained at a high level.

My first time to Regina Hall today was an urgent visit, and very pleasant. Its an old building, very cool inside.The receptionist was warm and friendly when I checked in and out. The technician, Karen, was very efficient, polite and seemed very knowledgeable at her job. And the doctor was great, reassuring that I had no major issues, told me how to treat my symptoms and had me schedule a full eye exam which was available 2 months later, and 2 months earlier than another location could get me in.

Excellent experience in every way! Highly recommend
