Everybody does their jobs well here. That's a relief since they're the only retinologists in town. The unfortunate thing is that i spent over three hours waiting after each step. Really inefficient use of me and the many many workers.At my last visit, everything was clicking and I was done in about 2 hours. I don't know if it's because there were fewer clients or more doctors. But whatever, it was a very reasonable length of time instead of my camping out for the whole day.

Highly recommend. My family has been patients at the Los Lunas Clinic since it opened. We have always been treated with courtesy and respect. The technicians and doctors are professional and friendly. Even though the clinic has gotten busier and appointments will be booked two to four months out it is worth the wait.

I had to be seen for an urgent eye issue and I appreciated they were able to get me an appointment in a timely manner. The nurse called back and gave me instructions on what to do to alleviate any discomfort that I was experiencing while waiting for my appointment. Dr Achilles was very professional and was very informative about my eye issues and provided me with a detailed instructions that were ease to understand.
