I was there for an urgent matter and saw a doctor I'd never met before. He was excellent. Explained everything well, and I left with a better understanding of how my eyes work and why I developed the problem I was there to address. Exceptional, quality care. Good for you Eye Associates!

I went in because my daughters glasses broke, I signed in and they called my name quickly! They were able to fix my daughters glasses right away so that I can take them to her at school. The staff was very friendly, understanding, helpful and quick to fix her glasses! I really enjoy coming into eye associates in Los Lunas!

Update: Additional Eye Associates Visit for a new procedure found the Doctor very caring, friendly and helpful. Maybe they read the review. Either way the drastic change in attitude and behavior was much more welcoming and I do really appreciate it. Eye Associates has always been well organized and they do a very good job! Changing review from 2 Stars to Five Stars!Have been going to Eye Assoc. for many, many years. Great care, however getting an appointment or treatment scheduled is delayed for months. This is unacceptable when one's sight is compromised. Doctors and technicians are organized and skilled, but have no time for a decent, or a caring bedside manner. However Doctors performing routine visits for exams, contacts or glasses have much better bedside manners and seem to care.
