Dr. Molly Ritsema performed cataract surgery on both my eyes Sept. 16, 2019. Everything went well, and I now have 20/15 vision. What an improvement! She is very competent and has an excellent chairside manner. I am fortunate to have her as my ophthalmologist.

Can't say enough great things about Dr. Javits and Dr. Weinstein. I came in a for a routine eye exam to get my contact lenses refilled when I found out that I had early cataracts in the my left eye. Since my both my parents had their cataracts corrected here and both had positive and safe experiences, I felt very comfortable in their diagnosis and booking my surgery here.<br><br>From start to finish, pre and post, the staff and doctors were world class in the way they handled my surgery. From the front office to the each and every medical provider I encountered, the experiences were friendly and professional. In fact, I can't think of any other medical specialists that has even come close to the excellent care I received.<br><br>Thank you Doctors and Eye Associates you guys are AWESOME!!

The reception was not welcoming. It's a nice looking facility from the outside. Parking is tight and very busy. We only waited 10 minutes for the first stage of the exam with eye pressures, refractions and astigmatism measurements. Then we were escorted to a private exam room to wait for a technician to prep for Dr. Chiang. Andrew, the technician, was more thorough than most optometrists and documented history. The doctor was efficient but paid attention to details. Be as descriptive as possible to the doctors to get the best service. There was a dilated fundus exam where more detailed images were needed of the macular area and thickness of layers at the back of the eyes. After the quick tests the doctor came back with the diagnosis and referral to a retinal specialist and surgeon. In all, we were there for a total of 2 hours and the staff was mostly friendly and all were professional.
