First time here. Very impressed with staff and especially Dr. Armentrout. This was an appointment for a sudden issue with one eye. The doctor was easy to talk to and clearly explained my eye condition. I have scheduled an appointment to see him for a thorough complete eye exam in a few months.

Efficient, staff was friendly and professional. Facility was top notch.

One evening had symptoms that caused me to believe I had a detached retina. Called first thing in the morning and talked to a very pleasant woman who said she'd have the triage tech contact me as soon as possible. Customer service the way it is nowadays, I figured it would be many hours before I heard anything. Within 5 minutes, a very nice, knowledgeable technician called and asked many detailed questions about my symptoms and surmised that It was an ocular migraine. Said I shouldn't have further problems, but if I did to call them 24/7 as someone is always on call. I've been going there for years and never knew that. Found it very comforting.
