I am from Roswell, New Mexico where there is anEye Associates. Last year we lost the ophthalmologist and optometrist and many of the doctors in Roswell were not seeing new patients. I made my appointment 4 months in advance for 1:20PM on June 2. I was finished with my othe appointments at 10:15am and called to see if there was a cancellation. I was told to come right down to the facility and I would be seen. I arrived at 10:30am and was checked with dialation and left at 11:00am.I had no problems and was told to make an appointment in 1 Year but they were trying to find doctors for Roswell.

From the time I stepped in the office till the time I stepped out, I was treated with respect, and professionalism.

Ok. Had the same Dr for awhile but last 2 visits were 2 different Drs. Its nice when you get acquainted with just one. At least for awhile. Makes you feel more comfortable
