I had a very positive experience today as usual at Eye Associates. I've been a patient for 26 years, and have always had excellent professional service. The new facility seems to be more efficient. My previous doctor retired so this was my first visit with Dr. Andzelik. I was very impressed with him, and can highly recommend him.

This place was pretty busy for a weekday morning, but overall we had a great experience. Our appointment started on time and was quicker than we anticipated. The assistant and the doctor we professional and polite. We also visited the optics store right after. I do recommend making an appointment at the optics store because there were quite a few people there. The selection was limited, but we were able to find what we wanted so no complaints there.

The team is extremely covid aware. Which I am so grateful for. The tech was quick and officiant and extremely friendly. You can tell she loves what she does. Dr. Ritz has the most incredible bed side manner. Calm and answers questions without feeling bothered. The entire team was gracious and kind. My appt was for 3pm and wasnt seen until 3:15pm but that comes with the territory. I also had an appt for glasses and the eye store team were very excited and willing to help. Such a wonderful experience!

Dont let the bad reviews keep you from scheduling here! I had a pleasant appointment ALL IN ALL! From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, to the moment I walked out! Everyone I encountered were professional, office was clean, proper COVID-19 screening / precautions. I was scheduled at 8:30, walked out before 10. Tells me my eye exam appointment was very thorough. I give 5 stars and will definitely be back with my family!

Dr. Barbara Marsh in Rio Rancho NM and staff are the greatest! I have never had a problem there with appointments nor with any staff member! Dr. Marsh is a very good specialist! I would recommend her to anyone!
