I have been under Dr. Reddy's care for almost 4 years and he is doing everything right to keep my eyesight in check. I love the professional but friendly way this office handles their patients.

It was an very good appointment. My appointment was 8:00AM. I was called about 8:05AM and finished by 8:40AM.

Polite, friendly, professional, reasonably-priced service, with good Covid-protection measures. Although, I did have to sit in a waiting room and wasn't given an option to wait in my car and receive a text when they were ready to see me. I expect to be a patient there for the foreseeable future.Their software was a little bit awkward, but it was manageable. Since I was a new patient, the software didn't recognize me at first and refused to allow me to proceed. Later, however, I received a link that worked, and I was able to complete all of the new-patient paperwork online before my visit. Unlike medical establishments that use Epic's MyChart product, though, I still had to receive quite a lot of paper during my visit.Otherwise, I couldn't have asked for better or more professional and friendly staff.
