I had a positive experience with most employees at the Rio Rancho office. Melissa and Dillon were extremely kind and informative, however, Deanna was rude and unfriendly up until I asked her what her name was. Only then did her attitude change to a friendlier tone. All employees at the Harper facility were extremely kind and helpful.Dr. Chiang was my doctor. He did a wonderful job with both my cataract surgeries. I had a concern prior to my second surgery and he immediately called me back to discuss it. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs cataract surgery. And finally, I must compliment all staff members who prepped me for both surgeries. They were kind and made me feel at ease. I really appreciate them for being so considerate since I was a bit nervous at the time. Thank you to all!
