I'm 80, and often treated poorly by medical staff. At EYE Associates they listen to me. They don't speak to me as though I am a very young child. We actually have conversations, and Dr. Katiyar asked intelligent questions. I enjoyed going to the Martin Luther King office. Good parking and friendly staff. I've always had great care at the Harper office, where I've been treated well, but the MLK office is a bit more relaxed and closer to home

I wouldn't go any where else people at eye associates are always friendly and make you feel like family

Easily made reservation online. Greeted at the door, directed to the proper counter. Checked in quickly. Waited a few minutes before I was called. Nurse very nice. She was very professional. Waited for the doctor for a few minutes. Conducted the tests efficiently. Answered all my questions. Was walked back to the check out counter. Checked out and went home a satisfied customer.

I went for an evaluation of the need for cataract surgery. It was very professional, efficient and thorough. The people all were friendly and helpful. the Doctor was excellent in describing the surgery and answering all my questions. All in all, a VERY POSITIVE experience. I recommend Eye Assoicates of NM highly
