Had me in to see the doctor right away. No wait. Very friendly and helpful..

She is really great for patients wanting to switch to contacts. She patiently explains all the options, suggests which one she thinks might work best for your particular situation and then lets you make a choice, followed by as many trials as needed to get the best possible vision for you. I'm thrilled with my choice to switch to contacts, but I might not have been with a doctor who wasn't willing to take the time to find the best solution for me. I referred my husband and he likes her too.

I had a wonderful experience at this facility, I injured my right eye at home and they were able to see me right away.I also took my daughter for a regular visit, she was very happy with her new glasses. The customer service we received was excellent, I waited about 15-20 min to be seen but I didn't have an appointment so I think it was not bad at all.

Pretty Cool People

Never have had to wait long, everyone is efficient, and as a patient with glaucoma I have felt most secure in the hands of Dr. Bratton. She has such a thorough and comforting confidence about the way she communicates.A word about the patient portal; cannot use it either because of my name which some spell checkers have trouble with, though the reasons given for not accepting my ID are not clear at all, and I fail to be able to use it while I follow all needed steps. Since I use 2 other patient portals without problem, I find this one very cumbersome.
