Personable, professional, caring and a good listener

Compared to other providers in Albuquerque, this place is the best for older people and the elderly. Your needs and expectations are not ignored as they are so many times another places. These folks definitely are at the top of the Nice List. Santa and I will definitely be back.I had an 8:30 appointment. I arrived a few minutes early, I was checked in within 2 minutes. They called me back within 5 minutes to see the technician. It took about 15 minutes to test my eyes, dilate, do the scans. I waited a maximum of 5 minutes in the next treatment room to see the doctor. She informed me exactly what she had seen on the scans, explained every detail of what she saw and what the next step was. I am thrilled with the level of care and the time I spent.

Had cataract surgery both eyes and the entire process was very professional and also very successful!A very busy practice but you wouldn't know it as everyone took the time to thoroughly answer questions and explain the procedure.Highly recommend Eye Associates!!
