Not much one can say about an eye center. This building contains many counters and many places where one can check in. I've been here several times and each time I've had great service. The office was professional and efficient. They have a few televisions and water to quench your thirst. My waiting time is usually short and the visit was usually quick even though even though I didn't have a typical eye visit. Doctors are friendly and take time to answer any questions you may have and they don't give you an irradiated look if you don't quite understand their medical lingo. I would recommend eye associates to my family and friends. They even have a convenient shop where you can pick out your frames. Thumbs up!!

I liked the staff was friendly and nice. The Dr. was great very informative. They ran a little behind schedule but it's a Dr.'s office you never know what might happen.

I had cataracts removed from both eyes by Dr. Robert Melendez. I was very nervous about the procedures and was quickly assured that there would not be any problems. They were absolutely corrct. Every body I came in contact with is friendly and cordial. They answered all my questions They really put me at ease. I reall felt comfortable with the doctor and all the staff at the clinic and at the hospital. I highly reccomend them and I assure you that you will be in good hands.

Incredible service! Everyone was friendly, attentive, and knowledgable. On my first time going to this Eye Associates, I went in on the wrong day! They were so accommodating since I had driven from Los Lunas. Kerrie (who works the front desk) did all she could to help me and made sure I was seen. Fantastic place, I will definitely be back!

Although a very nice place with a good staff, bring a book to read as they are way way overloaded and expect to wait and wait and wait.
