So far so good, for my 1st contact with this company. VA sent me paperwork to be seen here with eye associates. I called & was impressed they have a Veterans appointment line. Waited only 9 min. on hold, as the were taking calls in the order they came in. A very nice lady named "Amanda" came on the line & processed my request quickly. She worked around my request for an early appointment, bringing me in at 8AM. Perfect!. Only 2 weeks away. Based on the great customer service so far I am looking forward to my appointment. Then I expect it to go to 5s. Thanks again Ms Amanda from an old Vet!

Yah, there is a wait, just take something to entertain yourself for a half hour or so, BUT, they are very organized and everyone is knowledgeable and nice. They work likea well oiled machine.

He is a great doctor and very gentle with the eyes and does not rush you out.

Dr. Coulter was very professional and thorough. She was understanding when I told her I don't currently have health insurance and took this into consideration when coming up with a treatment plan without compromising my needs. I would definitely recommend her!<br>Also, I went to the Los Alamos location and did not have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen.

Quality, professional, caring and very detailed. Explains everything, follows through, insures that you and every patient is getting the best care possible. Truly a superstar.
