From check in through the end of the visit everyone was friendly and professional. I was seen right on time for my scheduled appointment. Dr. Andzelik was great and took his time answering all of my questions and explaining everything clearly. I have been going to Eye Associates for many years and have always had great service.

I had a sudden, unusual situation come up with my vision and called their office to explain what was going on and see if I could see a doctor. They said they would have someone call me back to triage me, I got a call back within 20 minutes and was able to be seen within a couple days. Dr. Callahan gave me one of the most thorough eye exams I've ever had in the 50 years I've been having my eyes checked. Check-in staff was pleasant and efficient as was the technician who did the short, preliminary exam. While there was a wait time in the office, I didn't care because they were able to squeeze me in to address my concerns, and scheduled a follow up sooner than my regularly scheduled checkup. I'm relieved and thankful to be in such good hands.

Great eye examination and patient experience! From the time I checked-in to the time I checked-out, everyone was professional, friendly, thorough, and caring in each step of the process. That is, checking-in, to my eye exam technician, to my eye exam doctor, and checking-out! Also, it was great to be able to register information online before my office visit. An absolutely great all-around patient experience!
