Veronica the optical shop manager is fantastic. Rarely do you find someone who has the right balance of managerial and people skills, however she was absolutely amazing and perfect in handling my situation. I sincerely appreciate her efforts as she went way above and beyond! She and her staff were fantastic in every aspect of my experience.

Staff is always friendly. I can register online before my appointment to avoid paperwork in the office. Doctor's are knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Technicians are always thorough as well. My appointments are always on time with minimal wait. Covid safe practices are still adhered to.

I am a veteran. I was sent there by the VA, because the VA didn't have any appointments for 6 months. The service was great! I was treated with the utmost respect and caring.
