Excellent customer service here. Had to have both my eyes dilated, my first time....the doctor explained everything to me. Was a pretty good experience. Everyone there was super polite.

My family of 5 all wears glasses and/or contacts. In the last 15 years we have tried many different eye doctors. I have personally been going to Dr. Strosnider for most of those 15 years, and I've bounced my kids around a bit from doctor to doctor in this and other offices. The year that Eye Associates quit seeing whole families at once was a year that my kids went elsewhere. Sometimes the wait time at the office is ridiculously long (try to get the first appointment in the morning or the first one after lunch, that helps). But I've kept bringing my family back, because I just really like Dr. Strosnider and the other doctors we've seen. The price is better than the other doctors we've seen and they don't push equipment not covered by insurance. Our prescriptions are right every time, which is the most important thing right? That hasn't happened everywhere else we've gone. One of my daughters was having an issue with her prescription, and the doctor scheduled her a bunch of visits at no cost and tried a bunch of different things to help her get it right. I really appreciate that. The vision techs have always been good. The office staff is sometimes good and sometimes not. The scheduling/planning - leading to sometimes long wait times - is sometimes dreadful but I feel like it's gotten better since they moved. Scheduling appointments is sometimes kind of hard (pandemic scheduling was a disaster, but that's true everywhere). But if you can get past the problems they have running the office, the doctors are worth it! So the office itself - 2 or 3 stars. The doctors - 5 stars, and that's important enough to keep me coming back.

I thought this place was great and I'm very sorry for the rude and childish comments my grandfather made to the lady that helped me pick my frame u were honestly awesome.

I am a patient of three physicians with this group, and they are all phenomenal clinicians. They are very pleasant, ensure your questions are answered, and as a retired health care clinician, I believe I recognize good medical care. The techs that do the preliminaries prior to see your physician are also top-notch. Particular kudos to Alisha, who is just a fantastic individual and clinician in her own right. This would be a five-star review if not for the administrative staff at the reception desk. I have always found them yo be I different (at best!) and very rude (at worst!). It's a shame because no matter how great the entree, a lousy appetizer can rule the meal.
