Central to being a fine doctor is being a careful listener. Dr. Rebekah Allen is, remarkably so. To really listen means not only filtering what a patient says through a vast data bank of medical knowledge, but the ability to listen empathetically, to achieve in a short office visit an understanding of what the patient wants, what the patient needs. Dr. Allen communicates with energy and clarity (no jargon, no oversimplifying either) making the doctor-patient relationship more of a collaboration

So far so good, for my 1st contact with this company. VA sent me paperwork to be seen here with eye associates. I called & was impressed they have a Veterans appointment line. Waited only 9 min. on hold, as the were taking calls in the order they came in.A very nice lady named Amanda came on the line & processed my request quickly. She worked around my request for an early appointment, bringing me in at 8AM. Perfect!. Only 2 weeks away. Based on the great customer service so far I am looking forward to my appointment.Then I expect it to go to 5s.Thanks again Ms Amanda from an old Vet!
