I've been to this location many times and each time they have been wonderful to me and provided excellent care. The staff is fantastically friendly and the Dr's are some of the best I've dealt with. If there is a line wait well its a Dr's office so that's the norm. If you need eye care behind a regular optometrist then this is the place to be. Check it out.

The staff and process was exceptional. Granted, there is a bit of a wait to get an appointment which was not a problem for me since that seems to be the case when scheduling appointments with medical professionals. The first time I went to Eye Associates was on an emergency basis some years ago so I know they will make accommodations in that sort of situation. All the folks that work there take the time to explain things and truly value their patients. I saw Owen and Dr Reidy and highly recommend them.

I visited NM Eye Associates for the 1st time and was pleasantly impressed with the virtual check-in. Made it quick to get in with the technician who was knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Chang was friendly and down to earth. He ensured all my questions were answered. I will definitely be returning! Now my hubby is going to schedule an appointment with them because I am so happy with their service.

I had a medical issue with both eyes & was seen within 48 hrs (reasonable for my issue). Everyone (staff & provider) was friendly, professional & extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Eye Assoc. of NM for the best comprehensive eye care!!
