Ive had great experiences at both The 25 exam location and the Harper eyeglasses location. At the eyeglasses shop, Deanne and Destiny have been very nice, helpful, informative and professional. Special thumbs up to Destiny who went out of her way to be kind to me when i walked in very stressed from something that had happened to me just b4 i got there. She also helped me understand eyeglasses and eye exams a whole lot better. Great experiences here!

Extremely nice and very professional staff in a nice big building that seems to have a lot of busy activity going on yet feels organized. Also, I came in recently very rattled from a bad Uber ride - which is extremely unusual - and once at Eye Associates, Northside location at 5757 Harper Dr - i was greeted by Destiny - one of the - kindest - and - most knowledgeable people i've met in a long time! She really helped me unwind - which i really needed - and explained ophthalmology and optometry stuff to me super clearly.

Eye Assoctates of NM is very efficient and professional, and Dr Chan is exceptional. The optical department in my experience has been attentive and friendly. My only source of unhappiness is that the dark glasses i just purchased there are not polarized; I did not think to ask for that, but my optician didn't offer it.
