Dr Vroman has been extremely helpful. I first went because I was having reoccurring chalazias and styes. If you don't know what a chalazia is count your blessings! It was extremely stressful. He took a look and gave me helpful tips and my occurrence rates have dropped significantly. My second experience was with the CO2 laser for precancer and previous cancer surgery scarring. He did a fantastic job! I'm very happy. His team even held my hand during the procedure. The CO2 laser they have its hands down remarkable. Its ablative so it's no joke. It's also rare that an MD does laser procedures in New Mexico and I think it's extremely important to see someone with a medical background because you can get ripped off with promises that doctors and nurses won't promise but standard laser "techs" will because their jobs rely on it.

I went to the Santa Fe Outlet location 2/10/21. Wow! I had the most pleasant/best experience I ever had getting an eye exam. I also had the best experience in optical picking out my glasses. My eye Dr was amazing & super sweet! I had a mask with my husband's picture & she asked is that Ryan Seacrest... lol that made me smile. I told my husband & he said that was a first about Ryan Seacrest. I will now always set my appointment with the Dr. I had seen on 2/10/21, as long as she works with Eye Associates of New Mexico. Thank you ladies for being amazing!

My husband and I recently purchased new frames and lenses from the Los Alamos office and I would like to post my experience. I have a very strong prescription and need progressive lenses. I received my lenses and wore them for two days and found them very difficult to use. I called Randi Simmons at the office and she told me to come right in and she would troubleshoot with me until I was happy with the fit. We spent some time working with my posture in using the progressive and she was able to adjust the placement of the prescription to get the vision field perfect.I am very happy with the concern and care Randi took with me and and she found the perfect frames for my husband also.
